بیانیه‌‌ی جامعه‌ی ادبی، فرهنگی، هنری، و رسانه‌ای در اعتراض به بازداشت حبیب موسوی بی‌بالانی

حبیب موسوی بی‌بالانی، شاعر، منتقد، و نویسنده، از عصر دوشنبه، ۹ مرداد، و در پی احضار به اداره‌ی اطلاعات سپاه گرگان، دیگر آزاد نشده‌ و دوستان و آشنایان او در بی‌خبری مطلق از وضعیت این شاعر به‌سر می‌برند؛ به‌گفته‌ی آن‌ها، حبیب موسوی مبتلا به بیماری‌ها و مشکلات جسمی متعدد‌ی‌ست نظیر ناراحتی قلبی، دیسک کمر، افت شدید قند و فشار، مشکلات معده و کلیه و… که همین مسئله نگرانی از سلامت او را دوچندان کرده‌ست؛ جز این، حبیب موسوی بستگان درجه‌ی اوّل یا وکیل هم ندارد تا بتوانند پی‌گیر وضعیت او شوند، و باز طبق گفته‌ی دوستان و آشنایانِ این شاعر، آن‌ها عملاً هیچ ابزار و راهی ندارند تا دست‌کم از احوال و شرایط او کسب اطلاع کنند؛ ما، اعضای جامعه‌ی ادبی، فرهنگی، هنری، و رسانه‌ای ایران و امضاکنندگان این بیانیه، البته به این روش‌های حذفی و سرکوب‌گرانه، دهه‌هاست که خو کرده‌ایم، و اهل قلم همیشه نخستین قربانیانِ امواجِ پیاپیِ سرکوب در نظام سیاسی مستقر و آگاهی‌ستیز بوده‌اند و هستند، و تنها بین تابستان سال گذشته و در جریان «قیام ژینا» تا به امروز، به فهرستی بلند از صدها مورد ثبت‌شده‌ی سرکوبی هول‌‌ناک می‌رسیم، از ترور و قتل صحنه‌سازی‌شده در قالب خودکشی، بازداشت غیرقانونی، آدم‌ربایی، تبعید، شکنجه‌‌های جسمی و روحی، احضار، تفتیش منزل، یورش غیرقانونی به منزل افراد در غیاب خودشان بگیر، تا تهدیدهای تلفنی و مجازی نویسندگان داخل و خارج ایران و حتا احضار و بازجویی نزدیکان و اعضای خانواده برای فشارآوردن به نویسندگان و اهل قلمِ دور از ایران؛ ابعاد این فاجعه‌‌ی انسانی رشدی فراگیر و بی‌مانند داشته و امروز کم‌تر عضو مستقلی از جامعه‌ی ادبی را می‌توان یافت که قربانی یک یا چندین مورد از موارد سرکوبی و نقضِ نظام‌مندِ حقوق اولیه‌ی مدنی، انسانیِ پیش‌گفته نشده باشد (رعایت آزادی بیان در این سیاه‌‌نامه که دیگر جایی ندارد).
وقتی نظامی سیاسی، در سال ۲۰۲۳، چون اوان سده‌ی بیستم و مشابه عمل‌کردِ رژیم‌های تمامیت‌خواه آن دوران، این‌چنین همه‌جانبه و بی‌تخفیف، به جان تولیدکنندگان و نشردهندگان اندیشه و بیان می‌افتد، و درعمل آهنگِ آن می‌کند که فضای فعالیت و حضور اجتماعی را تا آخرین دریچه بر روی آن‌ها کور کند، به‌ناگزیر باید نتیجه گرفت که این نظام سیاسی خودش نیز امید چندانی به احیای مشروعیتِ ازدست‌رفته و دوام و قرارِ فردای خویش ندارد که اگر جز این بود، دست‌کم در ظاهر هم که شده، بین اعمال خشونتِ کور و فراگیر و مشروعیتِ متزلزل نسبتی برقرار می‌کرد، چون آموزه‌ی اصلی در سیاست و حکم‌رانی مدرن نسبت وارونه‌ی خشونت و مشروعیت است و هرچه بساط یک نظام حکم‌رانی از دومی تهی‌تر باشد، بیش‌تر دست‌به‌دامان اوّلی خواهد شد. باری، ما امضاکنندگان این بیانیه، درحکم خانواده‌ی ادبی و قلمیِ حبیب موسوی بی‌بالانی خواستار آزادی فوری و بی‌قیدوشرط او و دیگر کسانی هستیم که به‌خاطر نشر اندیشه و نوشتار خود در بند شده‌اند، و همین‌جا نیز تأکید مؤکد می‌کنیم که تا آزادی کامل او، پی‌گیری جمعیِ وضعیت‌اش را رها نخواهیم کرد، و نیز توقف این روند خفقان‌گستری و برچیدن سایه‌ی ارعاب و تهدید بر سر جامعه‌ی ادبی (فرهنگی، هنری، و رسانه‌ای) را طلب می‌کنیم و به حکومت یادآور می‌شویم پا در راهی گذاشته که باید بر سرنوشت خود در آن سخت ترسان باشد.

The Joint Statement of the Literary, Artistic, Cultural, and Media Community of Iran against the Illegal Arrest of Habib Mousavi Bibalani
 

Habib Mousavi Bibalani, an Iranian poet, critic, and author was summoned to Gorgan IRGC intelligence office on Jul. 31, for persecutions and has not been released since then and acquaintances have no up-date on his situation; according to them, he suffers from various physical issues and illnesses such as heart condition, waist disk, immense hypoglycemia, and blood pressure drop, in addition to gastrointestinal and renal complications all adding up to worries for his situation. This must be added, too, that, as said by the same acquaintances, he lacks any immediate relatives and even any legal representative which even worries us much further because there are no means and ways for us to get any update on his circumstances. We, members of Iran’s literary, artistic, cultural and media community, the signatories of this joint statement, have been all too familiar with these obliterating and suppressive methods for decades and the writers’ community in Iran has always been, and still are, among the very first victims to the successive waves of suppression by the ruling and awareness-hostile political order, so much so that only since last summer and in the course of Zhina (Woman Life Freedom) Movement till today, one can come to a long list of hundreds of recorded cases of draconian suppression, from suicide-staged state assassination, illegal arrest, abduction, exile, physical and mental torture, summoning, house search, illegal raids in the absence of the resident to phone and virtual threats of authors both inside and outside the country and even summoning and persecuting relatives and family members of authors living abroad to pressurize them into silence and inactivity; the dimensions of this human crisis have witnessed such an unprecedented and comprehensive growth that today, rarely one can find any member of the literary community to not have fallen victim to one or more of the suppressive measures and violation of basic civil and human rights mentioned above (and indeed in such a shameful list, there is no room left for expecting freedom of speech). When a political order acts in the year 2023 in a way similar to the totalitarian regimes of the first half of the previous century, and so full-fledgedly and relentlessly violates every aspect of the lives of those who produce and distribute ideas and speech, and practically sets it as its main objective to shut the very last remaining windows of political presence and participation to them, one can only conclude that this political order itself does not have much hope for retrieving its already lost legitimacy and future stability and continuity so that, even if out of pretense, it would adhere to keeping some proportion between its exercise of undistinguishing violence and its dimming legitimacy, since a key principle of modern governance is the reversed relation between violence and legitimacy and the more a state lacks the latter, the more it has to appeal to the former. However, as the signatories of this joint statement, are considered the literary family of Habib Mousavi Bibalani, and thus demand his immediate and unconditional release along with all those who are imprisoned over exercising their basic right of freedom of speech and hereby place the strongest emphasis on the fact that we are not going to withdraw from our collective pursuit of his Habib’s situation and, additionally, demand the termination of this state suffocation campaign and dismantling of the terrorization and threat machinery that has overshadowed the literary (cultural, artistic, and media) communities in Iran and end by reminding the political rulers of Iran that they better be profoundly worried about the looming fate that they are going to meet.
